Last week, Erik Asmussen's independent publishing company 82 Inc. updated neon-lit strategy title PWN: Combat Hacking with an online multiplayer mode.

If that news didn't convince you to download 82 Inc.'s Silver Award-winning title, the following piece of info might.

PWN: Combat Hacking is now available to download from the App Store completely free of charge.

Naturally, this is a limited-time promotion (thanks to FAAD), so get your backside over to Apple's digital emporium and add this game to your collection right this second.

Still not convinced? Boy, you're a tough nut to crack.

Okay. At review, we called PWN: Combat Hacking a "ferociously intense, multiplayer-focused real-time strategy game that's hugely entertaining".

We did have a little moan about the lack of online multiplayer at the time, mind. As mentioned above, though, it is now possible to compete against other players from around the world.
