Disney releases 6-level Lite version of Puffle Launch for iOS and Android

Throw those penguin pets for free

Disney continues to build out the tentacles of its massively popular (for a certain age group) Club Penguin online community via its iOS companion game Puffle Launch.

Originally released for 99c in September, the physics-based trajectory game has now received a free Lite version for iOS and Android that gives you six levels of Puffle-throwing fun. The original has 36 levels.

More significant, however, is the interaction between the mobile and online communities, with Disney pointing out that 100 million coins earned in the mobile version of the game have been transferred into Club Penguin, demonstrating strong cross-platform attachment.

Puffle Launch Lite is available for iOS [download] and Android [download].
