Gameloft has launched itself off a wall, backflipped over some sales spikes, and sliced the price of Prince of Persia: Warrior Within for the iPhone down to just 59p, 99c or €0.79.

Warrior Within is a port of the second game from the first PoP reboot to be released on home consoles. If you’re still following me, I salute you.

It continues the story of the Prince as he attempts to undo the damage he caused in the first game by using the dagger of time.

Naturally, this takes the form of 12 action-packed, time-bending levels featuring countless spikes casually left lying around inside gaping chasms.

We thought it was a decent stab at bringing the classic PlayStation 2 game over to the iPhone when it was released earlier in the year, awarding the game a Pocket Gamer bronze award.
