Much loved arcade-style car chase simulator – Pako 2 – has just received an impressive new update. Returning players should be on the lookout for the new Suburbia level, set in, well, suburbia of course.

But wait, that's not all! We'll also be able to access three brand new cars to tear through the town in, and then there's the addition of a car chase camera which allows you to follow the action from an entirely fresh perspective – it's all super slick and exciting.

For those not in the know, Pako 2 is a little like Crazy Taxi in that you're picking up NPCs and dropping them off at predetermined points on an open map. The twist here is that you're a criminal, your passengers are criminals, and you've got the police hot on your tail so you can expect frequent high-octane chases and destruction aplenty.

If you're still on the fence, it might help to know that we reviewed the game earlier this year, praising it on release for its excellent core design and frantic arcade gameplay.

So now's the time to gun it over to the App Store or Google Play to snatch this one up for the incredibly fair price of £1.99.
