BloodyMonkey puzzler Pablo Cavarez slides onto iOS, Android, and Windows Phone without interference from publishers

Pablo Cavarez strolled onto our radar last week after developer BloodyMonkey revealed its experience with trying to get a publisher for the game to us.

"We approached different publishers during the development, but all of them required some form of free-to-play mechanic (virtual currency, sell hints, ads...)," BloodyMonkey told us.

BloodyMonkey didn't want to comply with the demands of these publishers and so decided to self-publish Pablo Cavarez.

Today, the studio's sliding puzzle exploration game has surfaced on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.

The idea of the game is to slide tiles around to allow Pablo safe passage through dangerous caves. Along the way, you'll need to collect treasures, defeat enemies, and avoid traps.

If you want to give it a shot, then you can download the first 16 levels for free. Upon reaching the end of those, you can pay 69p / 99c to unlock the other 48 levels.

You can download Pablo Cavarez from the App Store [download], Google Play [download], and the Windows Phone Store [download].
