NetEase’s Onmyoji Arena is four years old and is celebrating with the release of a brand new chapter. The hit MOBA is hosting a party at Heian-kyo for all its players as they venture into a new season full of surprises.

Celebrations have already begun with a new Shikigami called Ungaikyo. He sits patiently in a sandalwood temple on the summit of a snow-capped mountain. Boundaries begin to blur between good and evil, but we will have to wait and see what the new Guarding Shikigami brings to Onmyoji Arena.

After completing daily requests, players can get skin raffle pops and the option to choose one from four epic skins. Onmyoji Arena’s fourth anniversary celebration is all about togetherness. Bring a friend to play the game and both players will be awarded with items like the Gold Dharma and uncollected epic skins after completing activity requests. For a limited time, all Shikigami that have been added over the years are free to use. Players can use Shikigami they never managed to get their hands on and explore a whole new style of play. This event also marks the reintroduction of the 2nd Anniversary skin of Kosodenote – Wartime Letter. All of these activities are currently active and will be until January 14th.

Moving onto the events that begin on December 31st, the first one is a trip down memory lane. A series of tasks must be completed to unlock four images containing the changes taking place in Heian-kyo. Finding these four pictures will reward players with uncollected Shikigami and Gold Dharma. The 3rd Anniversary skin – Black Jade Dragon Kyonshi Imoto also makes its return. The return of the panda girl and rewards for unlocking the memories of Heian-kyo will be available until January 13th and 14th respectively.

Download Onmyoji Arena now for free on the App Store and Google Play and enjoy the party at Heian-kyo.
