Updated 14th October, 12:45 PM: Yes, as you could tell from the title, Omiya Games' long-coming satirical game Not a Clone is finally out on mobile.

Having first come to light in June 2015, Not a Clone has undergone a lot of fine-touches and careful tweaking to get it ready for you lovely gamers, and you can tell the developers love this game.

So if you can't resist a mini game or several grab Not a Clone on the App Store for £2.99/$3.99, and on Google Play for a similar price.

As you could guess from the title, Omiya Games' Not a Clone recently released a new trailer alongside some updated information on their forum page. If there's one thing these guys do extremely well, it's keeping in contact with the public.

To summarise quickly, Not a Clone is a somewhat ironic title as the game is built up of plenty of WarioWare Inc.-esque mini-games. Though none of them are direct clones, we can see where the inspiration of certain titles came from, such as Flappy Bird.

The trailer shows us how to run through the game using the five seconds you have per game. After successfully completing games you earn in-game money which you can use to purchase 30(ish) games. Sounds easy and you'd think the overall experience will be over before it's begun, but there are plenty of chances to mess up.

However, right at the end is where things get interesting as the title flashes up just above 'October 2016'. After well over a year in the making, Not a Clone will finally be coming to the App Store this month so let's hope it's been worth the wait.
