Square Enix slashes Chaos Rings price following Chaos Rings Omega arrival
Sales anarchy

Yesterday we told you about the release of Chaos Rings Omega, the iPhone and iPad follow-up to Square-Enix’s terrific portable role-player Chaos Rings. And now we're telling you that said predecessor's price has been cut to ribbons.
Chaos Rings is now just £2.39/$3.99 for iPhone and £2.99/$4.99 for iPad, down from its original cost of £7.49/$12.99 and £8.99/$14.99.
Those with +4 skill in Mathematics will note that it's not quite the 70 per cent discount it's been touted as by the publisher, but that would be quibbling over pennies.
And, to reiterate, it's really not worth quibbling with such a quality RPG. Chaos Rings so impressed our reviewer Tracy Erickson upon its original release that he gifted it a well-earned Gold Award.
