Pixel-art, League of Evil-esque platformer Meganoid has been updated with a bunch of new levels, cloud saving, and bug fixes.

After updating, you'll be greeted by ten brand new levels, packed to the rafters with portals and robots. You'll also have access to ten new slime-filled levels, and a further ten Sarge levels.

Furthermore, you can now sync your saved data to the cloud, meaning you can freely uninstall the game or switch between multiple devices without worrying about your data – so long as you're registered with OpenFeint.

Pretty Mega, dude

Meganoid is inspired by games of the '80s and '90s, and comes complete with 8-bit retro art, chiptunes and chirpy sound effects.

You can complete each of the 90 levels in less than a minute, providing you don't succumb to an untimely death (which you will).

Several OpenFeint achievement challenges and special stars can be found throughout.

You can grab Meganoid from the App Store for 59p / 99c / €0.79.
