Yes, this laser-fueled thrill ride is back with a vengeance not only with its usual Hipster Giants, Wurst Zombies, and Penguin Vikings, but this time around there's some Switch-exclusive content.

The Double Speer Edition for the Switch will bring us a drop-in/drop-out co-op mode where you can take up arms (or paws) as the Germanic space-dog, das Wunder Hund, and fight hand-in-paw with your human. Aside from that there's a new save system and major tweaks to the game difficulty.

Lichtspeer arrives on the Nintendo Switch on September 7th, and it's also being shown at PAX West this weekend, booth #6003.
