AIDIS Inc. has announced an upcoming collaboration event for Last Cloudia, the studio's pixel-art JRPG on mobile. In particular, the world of the popular Tales series will be joining the fray, with plenty of limited-time events in store for players beginning January 23rd.
In the Last Cloudia x Tales Of series collab, you can look forward to new units and arks along with redux ones from 2022. As you might expect, this will include iconic characters from the Bandai IP, and to hype things up before the crossover's official launch, there will be an official livestream on the 20th that will reveal more details about this epic team-up.
Of course, if you just can't wait until the collab kicks off, you can join in on the special collab countdown login bonus event starting January 17th to score goodies simply by checking in every day.
Now, I personally enjoyed playing Last Cloudia mainly because it reminded me so much about the good ol' days of golden RPGs. It wasn't just about the pixel-art visuals - it was also about the deep storyline and the overall vibe, which, to me, was very reminiscent of the OG Star Ocean: The Second Story. Given how I loved the Tales series back then too, this collab sounds absolutely epic to me.
