Guess how many copies of the Jenga game have been sold. Go on, guess.

No, higher than that.

The figure is actually a whopping 42 million worldwide, and 17 million in Europe alone. That's a lot of tumbling blocks. Or a substantial forest, if you want to get all eco.

Well, let no more trees be harmed because, as reported last June, I-play picked up the licence to make a mobile game based on Jenga. There were precious few details on what form it'd take, however.

Now we've got some though, along with first screenshots of the game. It promises 18 levels in three different environments: Arctic, Jungle and Stonehenge.

There is an interactive tutorial for Jenga newbies, and what I-play describes as an "adaptable" AI, with various difficulty settings. As you progress, you'll collect nine awards to track your improvement.

It's looking very tidy in the screenshots so we're looking forward to getting our fingers on it. Click 'Track It!' for an alert when we poke the final thing.
