Nuverse has released Inked: A Tale of Love on the iOS App Store and Google Play today.

It’s a story-driven puzzle game that tells a beautiful story of love and hope. The protagonist, a ronin simply called The Nameless Hero, must navigate an immersive world and solve puzzles to search for his lost love, Aiko.

The game uses a unique art style of hand-drawn ‘pen-on-paper’ graphics, and there’s a reason for this too. The Nameless Hero’s story is actually contained within a framing device following a comic artist named Adam, who is drawing the events as they unfold on the page. Naturally, expect some parallels to be drawn between the ronin and the artist throughout the story.

Overall, you can expect the game to have nine chapters, with each one being as visually appealing as the last, and featuring numerous puzzles and original soundtracks that offer around four hours of unique playtime. Check out the trailer that we've included above to get a better look at some of those hand-drawn graphics.

If you want to check it out for yourself, you can download Inked: A Tale of Love today from the iOS App Store and the Google Play for Android store today. It is a paid title costing £2.99.
