I can hardly think of few series as strangely silly, oddly lame and yet compelling as the Goat Simulator series. This bizarre franchise of puzzling chaos simulators has even made its mark on mobile, and now all you goat fans out there can get the latest news straight from the bovidae's mouth with the new Goat Direct!
Yes, in grand tradition following major-league publishers and developers, Coffee Stain Studios are set to introduce their own showcase premiering on April 1st (yes, I know) that will supposedly have more than a few world premiere reveals for Goat Simulator 3, Coffee Stain North's other partners and even more news on the Goat Simulator card game.
Now, I'm not necessarily clued in as to how much of this is going to be putting an egg in our faces, but according to the folks at Goat Simulator, this is the real deal (unlike the musical) with just some unfortunate timing.
It's good to know that (at least according to them) the Goat Direct livestream won't just be one big joke. But speaking as someone who only tangentially follows the franchise I can't imagine what might be announced; perhaps a new collaboration?
But for those who've been following the development of the card game, I'm sure this is worth checking in on.
