Announced yesterday, Florence is an upcoming narrative game "about love and life" in development by Monument Valley lead designer Ken Wong, through his new studio Mountains.

While no screenshots or footage is available, we know Florence will revolve around the titular woman's first love, the roller coaster of emotions all that entails, explored through distinct gameplay vignettes with unique mechanics and styles. A slice of life interactive story inspired by works such as 500 Days of Summer, Florence's evolving gameplay promises to take you through the entire journey of relationship, from " flirting to fighting, from helping each other grow to growing apart."

Florence is slated to release on iOS in 2018, published by Annapurna; we'll keep you updated on new details and trailers as the game develops.
