Tin Man Games halves the price of Blood of the Zombies and House of Hell on iOS

If you like mangling zombies with dice rolls and discovering the dark secrets of haunted mansions populated by denizens of the underworld, then we've got some good news for you.

Tin Man Games is hosting a Fighting Fantasy sale. Yep, the Melbourne-based studio has slashed the prices of the first two of its Fighting Fantasy digital gamebooks to celebrate the success of its third gamebook, the Gold Award-winning Forest of Doom.

That means you can now get the Gold Award-winning Blood of the Zombies and the Bronze Award-winning House of Hell for just £1.99 / $2.99 a pop.

Blood simple

In the castle-based Blood of the Zombies, you have to kill a truckload of the undead as you try and figure out what the hell's going on and how you can get out.

We called it a "hugely enjoyable, brilliantly presented, hilariously violent romp" in our review of it at the end of last year.

House of Hell revolves, as you might imagine, around a hellish house. This one's ruled over by a creepy wizard and contains all manner of unpleasant surprises.

While we weren't as enamoured by House of Hell as we were by Blood of the Zombies, we did state that "it's still a fun story, and you'll have a grand old time while you're playing it".

If you fancy some gory adventuring armed with nothing more than some digital dice, you can pick up Blood of the Zombies [buy] and House of Hell [buy] for £1.99 / $2.99 apiece from the App Store right now.
