EA confirms FIFA 13 heading to iOS 'and other mobile platforms' later this year
Signs for another season
EA has quietly inserted a brief mention of the iOS version of its hit football (or 'soccer', if you like) franchise FIFA 13 on the company's Facebook page.
Annoyingly, the publishing giant hasn't said what we can expect in next season's iteration, although we're chasing EA up for more details as I type.
It's likely, however, that by "other mobile platforms", it means Android owners won't be left out in the dark.
Blue moon? The re-appearance of FIFA on the App Store pitch shouldn't come as much of a surprise for those keeping score these past few years, with the current incarnation managing to complete the Top Selling and Top Grossing double on charts around the world upon release.
If we were gambling men, we'd put our money on more details about the game being revealed next month at E3, so look out for Pocket Gamer's coverage of the event when it kicks off on June 5th.
In an effort to make an Agüero-esque injury time, game-changing difference of your own, what would you like to see EA introduce into its award-winning footy series this time around? Let us know in the comments below.
