O2 mobile game download charts and new releases: November 16th

When it comes to getting rid of your enemies in a blood thirsty manner, the discerning sociopath falls typically into one of two categories: quiet, broody assassin or mafia hardman. Each has their unique characteristics � mafia thugs tend to be better cooks (what with the Italian connection), for example, while the more ascetic-by-nature assassin is probably better endowed when it comes to topics such as philosophy.

Either way, both schools have muscled and crept their way respectively into O2's New Games section this week in the form of American Gangster and Assassin's Creed.

Despite being a favourite pastime of your typical mob man, Caf� Hold 'em Poker found itself responsible for balancing the quantity of violence in the new arrivals, backed up by Zoo Keeper, which seems intent on going on an all-out fluorescent cute and cuddly offensive.

In the actual charts, things have been shaken up considerably. Monopoly Here and Now has finally been toppled from the number one spot by� Pac-Man, of all things. There were four other new entries to the chart, with a predictably strong showing from Need for Speed: ProStreet, as well as a sneaky re-entry from Brain Challenge (to keep those calculating assassins among you happy).

With Christmas just over a month away, it will be interesting to observe how much change the chart sees over the next few weeks while everyone's cash is tied up in gift buying.

We'll have to wait at least seven days to have an inkling, of course. In the meantime, the games below are available to buy via the O2 games portal, or by texting the short code from a compatible O2 handset. Enjoy!
