Door Kickers is here. And yes, that's it's real title. It's out right now for iPad so you can kick down doors and shoot some terrorists. Fantastic.
It was originally released on PC last year and to much critical acclaim. This iPad version is exactly the same except it has a new touchscreen-friendly interface.
Played from a top-down perspective, you command a SWAT team in real-time with free pause, setting up tactical interventions to save hostages before they're shot in the head.
Sounds intense, right? Well, it is. You not only have a range of units to instruct, there are several options to consider when infiltrating buildings.
Do you break down a single door and get your team shooting up the place? Of surround it, throw in some flashbangs, and then pick people off?
There are a lot more options than that, of course, but you get the idea. It has 80 missions to play through as well as a random mission generator feature that'll make more for you on the fly.
