Disney Crossy Road is more than just corporate brand synergy. It's filled with references, homages, and nods to favourite Disney films and rides.

Take the Wreck-It Ralph level. It's set in a full-on Candyland, including sweets that give you a crazy score multiplayer as you munch on them.

And you can unlock everyone from Ralph to Felix to use as a playable character. And we'll explain what they do, below.

Ralph (Rare)

Can pick up a cherry and smash stuff.

Hero's Duty Ralph (Epic)

Ralph will randomly shoot his gun when wearing his hero's duty suit.

Vanellope (Rare)

Vanellope regularly glitches out

Princess Vanellope (Epic)

Citizens bow as she hops past.

Felix (Rare)

Can collect cherries to fix stuff.

Calhoun (Rare)

Calhoun can pick up cherries to fire her gun through obstacles.

King Candy (Rare)

King Candy drops a trail of sweets as he hops along.

Taffyta Muttonfudge (Classic)

No special effect.

Candlehead (Classic)

No special effect.

Surge Protector (Classic)

Instead of jumping forward, Surge darts about as a bolt of electricity.

Gene (Classic)

Gene snaps from tile to tile like a classic video game character.

Mary (Classic)

Like Gene, Marry bounces from tile to tile like a classic game character.

Don (Hidden) How to unlock: Complete the "Short and Stout" set to get this character. This likely includes Mr Big from Zootopia. But it could involve others, including those from other Disney franchises. Deanna (Hidden) How to unlock: Complete the "Citizens of Niceland" set, which consists of Ralph, Felix, Gene, and Mary. Rancis Fluggerbutter (Hidden) How to unlock: Complete the "Citizens of Sugar Rush" set, which consists of Vanellope, King Candy, Taffyta Muttonfudge, and Candlehead. Gloyd Orangeboar (Hidden)

To get Gloyd you need to play as Rancis Fluggerbutter and then score over 1500 in one run. That sounds intimidating, but remember that picking up candy will multiply your score greatly in no time.

Sour Bill (Hidden)

Collect six daily mission stamps to unlock this character.

Candy Corn (Hidden)

Play as a Wreck-It Ralph character that can collect cherries (such as Ralph), and get 50 of them to unlock Candy Corn.

Roy (Hidden)

Collect six daily mission stamps to unlock this character.

Snowanna (Hidden)

Play as Taffity Muttonfudge and get a score of at least 1,500.

Crumbelina (Hidden)

Play as Candlehead and get a score of at least 1,500 points.

Minty (Hidden)

Collect six daily mission stamps to unlock this character.
