Disney Crossy Road - Every classic, rare, epic, and mystery character from Toy Story

Disney Crossy Road is more than just corporate brand synergy. It's filled with references, homages, and nods to favourite Disney films and rides.

Take the Toy Story level that's set in Andy's Bedroom. You'll be dodging walking teeth, tumbling blocks, toy trains, RC cars, and more.

And you can unlock everyone from Woody to Emperor Zurg to use as a playable character. And we'll explain what they do, below.

Also, we'll tell you how to unlock Toy Story's hidden characters.

Woody (Classic)

Some of the vehicles will be replaced by Stinky Pete.

Buzz Lightyear (Classic)

When stood still, Buzz will shoot a laser beam forward. Any object touched will turn red, but it doesn't effect it in any meaningful way.

Emperor Zurg (Rare)

Zurg will shoot ping pong balls out of his gun when stood still, but they don't actually do anything.

Rex (Rare)

Stay still for a second and Rex may produce a baseball, before thwacking it into the atmosphere.

Hamm (Legendary)

When you've unlocked Hamm, you'll start to see red coins when playing as any character, from any Disney franchise, which net you extra coins. When playing as Hamm you'll spill gold everywhere - especially when you get him.

Slinky (Classic)

Other than making a slinky sound effect, Slinky has no special effect.

Bo Peep (Rare)

Some of the obstacles in the game may be replaced with Bo Peep's sheep.

Bullseye (Epic)

Bullseye can find and eat cherries, which make a second version of Bullseye appear whenever you move.

Wheezy (Epic)

Sometimes a disco ball will drop down, and dance music will play. Plus, other Toy Story characters will line the road while you play. And finally, Wheezy will let out a squeak every few leaps.

Trixie (Classic)

No special effect.

Green Army Man (Classic)

No special effect.

Babyhead (Epic)

The screen will be much darker while playing as Babyhead and Sid's dog will replace one of the vehicles. 

Janey Doll (Classic)

Janey Doll's head will pop off when you get hit.

Jessie (Hidden) How to unlock: Collect 50 red cherries as Bullseye. You can get them on a number of different runs, so you don't need to get them all in one go.. Lenny (Hidden) How to unlock: Complete the "Toy Story 1" set to get this character. This likely includes Buzz, Woody, Bo Peep, Slinky, and Rex. But it could involve others, including those from other Disney franchises. The Prospector (Hidden) How to unlock: Complete the "Toy Story 2" set to get this character. This likely includes Emperor Zurg, Wheezy, Babyhead, and Janey Doll. But it could involve others, including those from other Disney franchises. Mint in Box Prospector (Hidden)

To get this character you'll need to have unlocked The Prospector, but be playing as Jessie. At a random point during the level you'll see The Prospector in his box - just run into it and you'll unlock the character. Make sure you've updated Disney Crossy Road to the latest version (you should have the Jungle Book set).
