Do you like cross platform multiplayer, deck-building card games, and battling creatures?

Well I've got some good news for you, because this Wednesday, October 23rd, sees the release of Rubicon's cross platform deck-building creature battler Combat Monsters for iOS and Android.

The game is all about building an army around your hero, and using that army to smash your opponent's cartoon face into the dirt. Which sounds healthy.

You'll also create a deck of cards which you can use to your advantage, chucking them into play when things are going rough to turn the tide of the 3D battle.

Fights are turn-based affairs that see you positioning your hero, unleashing your other forces, and hitting the other player with swords, arrows, and pulsating magical fireballs.

There are 132 monsters to collect, as well as special weapons, armour, and magic spells that augment your monster's ability and help you plan your strategies.

With a hefty single player mode, multiplayer across iOS, Android, and PC, and a price tag of free, Combat Monsters is shaping up to be a very intriguing prospect indeed.
