Cats&Soup introduces their Halloween event, bringing in a new kitty alongside tons of new cosmetics
NEOWIZ’s adorable and popular idle game Cats&Soup has announced the details for its Halloween celebratory event, which brings with it all kinds of in-game goodies, a brand new cat, and event-limited packages to purchase as well. There are plenty of cosmetic treats to grab here, so be sure to hop on it if your cat garden has been lacking in the spooky department.
The most important detail of this new event is the pieces of candy, which is the currency that you’ll be using to receive all of these new rewards. This candy can be earned through a variety of ways, such as daily log-in rewards, selling certain numbers of dishes, decorating your cats' rooms, and even in the Claw Machine minigame.
Using this candy, you’ll be able to purchase 40 different Halloween-themed items, ranging from the Halloween Event facility to the Halloween Cat Tower Decor and even Halloween-themed room cosmetics. There’s plenty of spooky decor on offer here, so be sure you log in each day and get all the possible rewards you can.
This event also marks the arrival of the new collectable cat, the Hallow Shorthair.Found at the Observatory like any other kitty, or alternatively, with special tickets that can change a cat’s breed, the Hallow Shorthair has a unique appearance that makes it slightly transparent and glow-in-the-dark.
And finally, we've got the event-specific packages. The Vampire Count’s House package includes the luxurious Halloween-themed Cat Tower decor, while The Halloween Grim Reaper’s Equipment Set package gives players the ability to decorate their chosen kitty in an outfit inspired by death itself (but in a cuter manner). And finally, the Halloween Pumpkin Facility Skins package for the cooking facility will decorate it in a scarier way, freshening up your garden with that previously mentioned spooky vibe.
