Grumpyface Studios's Silver Award-winning iOS side-on tower defence title Castle Doombad has sneaked through a series of secret passages and emerged on the Google Play Store, ready to weave its special brand of magic on Android gamers.

This game is all about defending your home (read: castle) from rampaging do-gooders determined to end your reign of terror.

You build spooky traps and place grisly monsters in order to make sure the invaders don't re-kidnap the princess you've nabbed fairly and squarely.

At review, we called the iOS version of the game "a fresh and attractive casual tower defence game that benefits from the sharp interplay between its various units."

If that sounds like it might be something you'd enjoy, you can grab Castle Doombad right now from Google Play for £1.82 / $2.99.
