Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front caught fraternising on iPhone

Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front has shipped out for iPhone and iPod touch with a full regiment of gameplay.

The game follows the story of Corporal David Wilson in his efforts to find out what happened to his little brother who was killed in action.

Joining four single player campaigns spanning Africa, Europe, and the Pacific fronts, both local and online multiplayer for up to six players is offered.

Deathmatch, Team Battle, and Domination game modes can be played on five maps. Additionally, your performance is tracked via leaderboards and ranks modelled after the US Army's own promotion system.

New missions and modes join vastly improved graphics and tweaked control schemes for a game that is no doubt a step forward from the original.

It's also a jump up in price too. Gameloft is charging a little more than normal for the wealth of content that has been squeezed into the game. Fair enough - the asking price is still quite nice.

Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front is now available for iPhone and iPod touch at a price of £4.99/$7.99.
