As with Mountain, Prune, and a few other mobile games recently, Barmark is one that promises "harmony and personal perfection."

It's out on Android right now and should be heading to iOS later this week (we're keeping an eye out, don't worry). So if that sounds like your kind of thing, you better take a look.

We spotted Barmark last year on account of its beautiful, painterly landscapes, which we're left to explore in point-and-click style.

The creators explain that there are no goals or death in the game. It's all about finding bliss by making your very own garden of Zen.

"For each new game in Barmark five landscapes out of eight possible will be randomly chosen," further explain the creators. "Also a randomly selected pair of Archanimals will be chosen to inhabit Barmark."

The idea is for you to interact with these animals and help them out by turning on various hidden machines that manipulate the environment.

You can combine the effects of these machines, as well as plant flowers, in order to achieve whatever aesthetic and view you most enjoy.

And if you want to start over, all you need to do is close the app down, and restart to find a new (if familiar) landscape generated.

You can purchase Barmark for £2.29 / $2.99 on Google Play right now.
