Following a brief soft launch starting in December of last year, the Clash of Clans dev's match-three puzzler Spooky Pop has been cancelled.

Players who try to access the game will be met with the following pop-up message:

"Server maintenance. The Spooky Pop team has decided to discontinue its development. In-app purchases will be disabled from Monday the 9th of February and the game will fully shut down on Tuesday the 10th of March. Thank you all for playing the game!"

Spooky Pop has also disappeared from the Canadian App Store, where it was soft launched.

There's no word from Supercell about why it's decided to cancel Spooky Pop yet.

We will update with any additional information.
