Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy has an eShop release date. It's December 9th in North merica, and December 11th in Europe. I did some quick maths and that's about two months.
The trilogy is made up of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice For All, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations.
You'll be able to bag that lot for £25. Which isn't too shabby. Bear in mind this is more than a 3DS re-port of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD for iOS. Here you'll get updated graphics, stereoscopic 3D, and you can choose to have Japanese voice acting.
So there you go. All of that for some money at a now-determined point in the future. Put it in your diary app.
