Around a week ago, we told you about an upcoming third-person shooter for the iPhone and iPad that's chock-full of guns, grenades, and - surprisingly - livestock. That title was Trigger Fist, and it is now available for you to buy.

If our previous article tickled your action-oriented pickle, you can now head on over to the App Store and download the shooter as a Universal app for £2.99 / $4.99.

Trigger Fist features four different multiplayer game modes: Free-for-All, Team Deathmatch, King of the Hill, and Sacred Goat (a humour-filled team-based mode in which you and your buddies attempt to carry a disgruntled goat around the battlefield for as long as possible). No, we're not yanking your tail.

Each of these game modes can also be played offline with "sophisticated AI" players just in case you can't find a signal or you just want to hone your skills before you head out into the big bad world.
