Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night for iPhone reduced to 99c

It wasn’t the game Castlevania fans were hoping to see on the iPhone, but North American gamers looking for a puzzler with all kinds of nasties this Halloween can’t go too far wrong with the new asking price of Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night.
CP:EOTN took the series’ trademark villains and castle design from the classic Symphony of the Night, wrapped it up in Super Puzzle Fighter clothing, and trotted it out with match-three shenanigans replacing whip-cracking action.
Surprisingly, it isn’t all that bad, with Damien in his review calling the game, ‘not only faithful to its source but also heaps on layers of additional depth’, before giving it a prized Pocket Gamer Silver Award.
