Zenonia 2 clocks in 1 million PvP sessions
RPG gamers clearly eagerly to show off their skills
Over one million Zenonia 2 multiplayer sessions have been recorded since the game's release last month.
Launched on March 29, the 2D role-playing sequel has already clocked a phenomenal number of player versus player battles.
That's an average of just over 70,000 sessions a day for the last 2 weeks - a staggering amount of spell-casting and potion-swigging.
The asynchronous battles complement the main single player adventure. In select towns, you're able to enter a PvP arena in which you can battle other players using your character from the single player game.
Kyu Lee, head of Gamevil's US operation highlighted the achievement. "Our goal is to create a core-gamer, loyal, and heavy data consuming user base, and the stats from Zenonia 2 indicate that we're doing things exactly as we intended."
Zenonia 2 is available for iPhone and iPod touch at a price of $4.99/£2.99.
