Hudson brings PuzzLoop to iPhone

The gameplay of Hudson Soft's new iPhone title PuzzLoop might sound familiar - it sees an array of colourful objects scrolling onto the screen in a line, with you making matches to make them disappear.

Sounds like casual games Zuma or Luxor, right? Except PuzzLoop is actually the game that inspired them in the first place, having originally been released as an arcade game in 1998.

Anyway, it's out now for iPhone, at least in the US. The game has new touchscreen controls, obviously.

Hudson is selling it for $7.99 in the US, and given that its Bomberman Touch iPhone game is already out in Europe, we have high hopes that PuzzLoop will make it too.

Meanwhile, Hudson says it plans to release more iPhone games in the coming months.
