First multiplayer WipEout Pulse PSP screenshots
And they drag a few more details along
Sony has released the first images of WipEout Pulse showcasing its multiplayer mode. The game, which is due on December 7th, supports eight-player infrastructure action. We've yet to experience this (although we've been enjoying the single-player mode for a while – expect a review soon) but can only assume the experience will prove as solid as the solo game. Sony Liverpool, who's developing the title, has proved itself hugely dependable over the years.
Along with the screens, Sony has revealed plans for a specific website for players to access in order to get details of the game's tracks.
More exciting, perhaps, is the promise of a ship customisation tool that enables the design of skins and logos to give your ship its own identity – a first for the WipEout franchise.
We recently chatted to Sony Liverpool about the game, which you can read here.
