Platinum Award-winning tower offence title Anomaly: Warzone Earth invades the Android Market

11 bit studios's award-winning tower offence title Anomaly: Warzone Earth HD has arrived on the Android Market, the Amazon exclusivity period having run its course.

Originally released on the PC and more recently on iOS, Anomaly: Warzone Earth is an intriguing and excellent spin on a familiar genre, putting you in charge of a small convoy of vehicles attempting to bypass a host of vicious alien towers.

The iOS release was praised (by me) for packing in not just some of the best graphics you'll see on the small screen, but also an intuitive control scheme and some fiendishly well-designed levels.

It won a Platinum Award, so unless the Android version isn't compatible with your device, I highly recommend you check it out. Right now.

Anomaly Warzone Earth HD is out now on the Android Market, priced at £2.49 [download].
