Adventures of Poco Eco - Lost Sounds is a brilliant experience all about music, amazing landscapes, and sedate, ethereal puzzling.
It looks fantastic, and fits into a similar sub-genre as Monument Valley. It's a game that makes you think, but not too hard, and unfurls its clever story piece by piece, delicately revealing more about its gorgeous worlds.
There might not be a great deal of content here, but the time you'll spend with it will be spent with a smile on your face. Its blending together of sound, visuals, and tactile controls really is a joy to behold.
Many might have written it off as an also ran next to UsTwo's brilliant Escher-esque creation, but that's not fair.
Adventures of Poco Eco goes its own way, and it does it with aplomb, a little bit of swagger, and enough charm that it's almost impossible to dislike.
If you've yet to play this one yet, then you definitely should. It showcases how good mobile gaming can be, and it does it with heart, passion, and a hefty dollop of world-building skill.
