Across Age iPhone RPG goes on sale
In anticipation of Across Age DX and HD
FDG’s pixel-perfect iPhone RPG Across Age has had its price slashed in anticipation of some upcoming new Across Age apps, destined to hit the App Store soon.
Across Age, a Zelda style adventure with some serious retro charm, boasts a massive 15 hours of adventure, with two characters teaming up to battle nasties, solve puzzles, explore locations, and even travel back in time.
The game is now a very affordable £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39. You can also try out a free Lite version, which offers up the first chapter for zilch, or Across Age EX, which lets you try out half the game for free, and bump it up to a full game via an in-app purchase. That will also set you back £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39.
The upcoming games that this sale is celebrating are Across Age HD and XD. HD is built for the iPad, while XD is designed for iPhone 4 gamers, and comes complete with high-resolution visuals.
Those two apps should hit the App Store soon, but in the meantime head over to iTunes and get Across Age on iPhone and iPod touch for cheap.
