Ace Ferrara and the Dino Menace is a 3D space shooter with a sense of humour that's just crashed into the New Zealand App Store. It should be doing something similar in the UK at midnight tonight.

The game sees you playing Ace, swooping through missions that involve shooting spaceships piloted by dinosaurs out of the sky. Obviously.

Everything takes place on a flat plain, so you don't have to worry about vomit-inducing 360 degree loops, and the controls are smooth and pretty clever too. You can use an MFi controller if you've got one as well.

When the game lands later tonight it'll set you back £1.99 / $2.99. If you like space, dinosaurs, and the odd reasonably funny quip, it might be worth that much.
