Colourful iPhone and iPad Silver Award winner Whale Trail updated with 32 Challenge levels, and more

Developer ustwo has updated its rather excellent and extremely colourful Pocket Gamer Silver Award-winning Whale Trail with a bunch of new content.

For starters, the upgrade introduces 32 Challenge levels into the mix, which - in true iOS fashion - test your flying skills and award you up to three stars based on your performance.

These new Challenge levels come pre-loaded with support for Apple's social gaming network Game Center, meaning you can unlock a further nine shiny achievements. That's 52 in total.

Finally, the update adds a series of Hyper-Boosts that launch protagonist Willow the Whale high into the darkness of space, and an "awesome" Whale Trail music video created by the sea creature's best buddy Gruff Rhys.
