Generally comics perform about as well as video games when it comes to movie conversions, but we're still excited about the forthcoming Watchmen movie.
The classic graphic novel gets the big screen treatment this summer, and Warner Bros dropped us a line to introduce us to the WAP site set up to accompany the movie.
The site features retrospectives of all the included Watchmen characters, from the enigmatic Rorschach to the crackpot Comedian - each with photos of their big screen likenesses.
There’s a mobile compatible trailer alongside a whole bunch of awesome behind the scenes development diaries, which go a long way toward convincing us this might be the first decent comic-to-film adaptation since Iron Man.
Naturally there’s also a few wallpapers and background videos to pimp out your mobile, Watchmen-style, and you can meander through a pretty extensive gallery from within the movie.
We’re not exactly sure when the WAP site’s going live, or when the accompanying mobile game is due for release, but it can’t be long now so keep watching this space. Eep!
