Quite aptly, Command & Conquer Red Alert appears to have established a strategic foothold in the charts, and has begun a steady advance towards the top spot. EA’s real time strategy title finds itself up two places at number six this week. Keep an eye out for further territorial gains in the coming weeks.

No such tactical considerations for our old friend Pac-Man, who has gobbled up a place to sit at number eight. Pac-Man Championship Edition has given the old timer a new lease of life, with a refocused level structure and an ultra-cool visual revamp.
