New this week on Vodafone Play Live

There’s something for everyone on this week’s list of new releases. For the retro gamer there’s a mobile update of the classic Contra series, featuring some classic platform blasting. If you prefer your platform action a little milder, check out Monsters vs Aliens, which is based on the new Dreamworks film. The name says it all really - you play the monsters, and you have to kick the tentacled behinds of a bunch of aliens.

Casual puzzle fans are in luck this week - Text Twist Turbo and Burger Rush have been bunched together in one top value package, while Uno should see to your competitive card-game needs. Special mention this week goes out to Bioshock, which is an extraordinarily faithful adaptation of one of the best console games of recent times. How they squeezed all the essentials onto mobile we’ll never know.
