Tennis stars sign up for <i>Virtua Tennis</i>

One of the most anticipated PSP games, Virtua Tennis: World Tour, has received extra polish thanks to the news Sega has signed up a raft of tennis stars including Wimbledon champions Roger Federer and Venus Williams. Other players who will appear in the game are Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova, Lleyton Hewitt, Lindsay Davenport and Tim Henman.

These players, as well as less well known names such as Juan Carlos Ferrero, Tommy Haas, Sebastien Grosjean, David Nalbandian, Daniela Hantuchova, Amelie Mauresmo, and Nicole Vaidisova, will be available in the game’s exhibition mode. Each will have their own specific playing attributes.

In addition, in the World Tour Mode, you will also be able to customise your own player skills to your playing style. Another mode is the the mini games option of which there are four new exclusive PSP levels - blockbuster, fruit dash, blocker, and balloon smash.
