Ultimate Custom Night, the popular Five Nights at Freddy's mashup, creeps onto iOS and Android

Clickteam's port of FNAF spinoff Ultimate Custom Night has finally crept its way onto iOS and Android. It's described as "the ultimate FNAF mashup", serving up nightmarish animatronics from across the entire series.

What makes this one especially interesting, beyond the sheer breadth of content, is the fact that it's a highly customisable experience. You pick which of the 50 animatronics you wish to eventually be murdered by, select a difficulty mode from 0-20, then take a seat in your office and hope for the best.

Adding to the challenge are the various tools that you're expected to master along the way. These include heaters, a music box, a power generator, and the pesky air conditioning. And if you're hoping to survive the night, you'll need to make smart use of laser traps.

Beyond all that, there are also 16 themed challenges to work your way through and various unlockable skins to earn. Check out a portion of the game's character roster below.

Ultimate Custom Night first launched on Steam for PC back in 2018, where it earned overwhelmingly positive user reviews. As always, I'm blown away by the continued popularity of the series. As someone who isn't particularly well-versed in all things FNAF (I've played maybe the first two or three games), Custom Night seems like a decent way to get me up to speed.

But before you go and get too excited, know that you'll need a device with at least 2GB of RAM in order to play. And unlike the original PC version, this here mobile port is a premium title that'll set you back $2.99. That's obviously not the biggest price to pay, but it's definitely something to keep in mind.

Ultimate Custom Night is available for purchase now over on the App Store and Google Play.
