Peter Molyneux's The Trail: Frontier Challenge meanders onto Nintendo Switch today

In a surprise twist, 22Cans has released The Trail: Frontier Challenge on the Switch today. The Trail launched on iOS and Android in 2016, and was followed by a PC release in 2017, with the new bonus “Frontier Challenge” subtitle.
The game encourages players to seek adventure as they head out on a path through the wilderness. Collect items and learn to craft dozens of recipes as you make your way. Players eventually arrive in a town (willing that they survive the journey) where they’ll work together with others to build up their new home while advancing their own professions. The Switch version, which is a port of the PC version of Frontier Challenge, features a bit of bonus content not found in the mobile version, including additional challenges and character upgrade trees.
