[Update] Batman - The Telltale Series pushes mobile launch back by a month
Updated 3rd August, 12:17 PM: Finally we've been updated as to what's happening with Batman - The Telltale Series, but sadly it's not good news for mobile-gamers.

Despite its on-schedule launch yesterday with console and PC version, Telltale sent out a press release stating that we're now expecting the mobile-compatible version out September 13th.

Sorry folks - it looks like we've got a long while yet to wait.

Telltale Games has just released a new trailer for their newest project, Batman – The Telltale Series. More excitingly so they've also revealed that we can expect to see the first episode later this summer.

Batman – The Telltale Series follows a narrative of both Bruce Wayne (voiced by Troy Baker) and Batman. The game will be set in Gotham but on a parallel timeline, not dipping into any existing ones in the series' history.

Set a few years after taking on the role of Batman, the game will feature much like Telltale's others, using player choices and decisions to affect the rest of the story. Unlike Telltale's other games however we're split between the narrative characters equally, exploring the psyche of both Bruce Wayne and Batman.

The game itself will actually debut at San Diego Comic Con this year with the first in its series, Episode 1: Realm of Shadows, launching digitally from Tuesday August 2nd across all platforms.
