Silent Hill Origins PSP screens and trailers discharged
Contains scenes of a disturbing nature
Things had gone a bit quiet on Silent Hill Origins. Too quiet.
But in typical psychological terror style, it was only a matter before the game stepped out of the murky shadows of development and revealed its distressing, trauma-inducing world.
And what a gloriously grainy environment it is. Check out the screenshots, as well as both of the accompanying videos. Aside from showing how good things are looking technically, it also serves as a worrying reminder of everything the Silent Hill series stands for (frankly it's a bit scary).
But, if you're wondering, that's a very good thing.
The game is due for release in the US in June (though not before winter in Europe, if current information is to be believed) and it's going to scare us silly. We can hardly wait.
