Pokemon Rumble Blast gets US release date
Let's get ready to rumble
Pokemon Rumble Blast, the first 3DS-exclusive Pokemon title, has been given a US release date: October 24th 2011. There are no details about price or a European launch.
Like Pokemon Rumble before it, Rumble Blast is played from an aerial perspective. You take direct control of a single "Toy Pokemon", with the aim being to fight your way to the end of each stage. The game features over 600 Toy Pokemon.
It's the first game in the series to have been developed exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS, meaning it's the first Pokemon game with 3D graphics and StreetPass support.
Pokemon Rumble Blast will hit the Nintendo 3DS on October 24th in the United States, with pricing and worldwide availability still to be confirmed.
