DS and PSP gaming Easter bargains abound

DS + PSP

The long Easter weekend might be over, but it seems it's the religious holiday that just keeps on giving going on the gaming bargains currently on offer.

Head over to online retailer Play.com and you'll find plenty of games in its sale that should take the edge off the chocolate comedown we're all feeling at the moment.

On PSP, probably the pick of the bunch are: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008 for £14.99, Final Fantasy I and II at £12.99 each, FIFA 08 for £14.99, Worms: Open Warfare 2 for £12.99 and Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, again for £12.99. Atari game Hot Pixel is also down from £19.99 to a surely-worth-a-shot £7.99.

There's also plenty in the sale for DS, too. You'll find Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings in there for £12.99, The Simpsons Game (pictured) for £17.99, Geometry Wars: Galaxies (£12.99), Need for Speed: ProStreet (£17.99) and rhythm game Jam Sessions for a very silly £6.99.

Those are most of the big name offerings – but there are plenty more, including slightly more niche titles such as Puppy Luv: Spa and Resort. You know, if violence, adventuring, racing, sports and music aren't your thing.

All these cheap games… it's almost enough to make us forget the guilt we've been feeling over the mountains of chocolate we consumed at the weekend.
