E3 2010: Ubisoft unveils Michael Jackson game

The King of Pop lives in on thanks to a newly announced DS and PSP game from French publisher Ubisoft.

During the company's annual E3 press conference, it was revealed that the estate of the late performer has signed a deal that will see the release of a rhythm game on consoles and handhelds.

While few details were offered, Ubisoft pledges to make Michael Jackson's most famous hits available in the game including 'Billie Jean' and 'Beat It.'

Singing and dancing are promised, though it's unclear how these will translate into gameplay on DS and PSP.

The game's availability for motion-sensing peripheral Kinect for Xbox 360 is likely tied to the dancing, meaning you'll have suffice with button presses on PSP and screen-tapping on DS.

Michael Jackson: The Game will be available for Nintendo DS and PSP some time in late 2010.
