Developer Infinity Games has released its latest project: a brand new narrative-focused puzzle game titled Linea. With gorgeous visuals and a deeply moving and engaging storyline, this puzzler seeks to immerse you in a world full of interesting characters, each with its own story to tell you.

Linea is an interesting little game, as it seems to land somewhere between a “walking simulator” like Kentucky Route Zero and your typical puzzle game. The gameplay is simple at its core, as all it really involves is drawing lines in different contexts, all of which will then help whichever characters are the focus on the current scenario to progress through their story.

As you solve each piece of the line puzzle, new plot details will be revealed, and new dialogue lines will then be spoken as well. Basically, all you have to do to keep the story moving is solve these little line puzzles and you’ll unpiece the story bit by bit.

These stories are loosely connected in some cases, but for the most part, each puzzle represents a new story to tell, with new characters too. The game maintains a lighthearted and relaxing vibe, but the stories themselves dig into some deeper themes of what it means to love as a whole. The majority of these stories are quite emotional, so have those heartstrings ready for a tug or two.

Add in the emotional nature of the stories, the gorgeous and relaxing vibes and graphical style, and the beautiful soundtrack that highlights all of these parts, and this is one super gorgeous game. The puzzles might be simple, but you’re really here to learn about all of these tales the game has to tell.

If that sounds appealing to you, you can download Linea for free at either of the links below!
